We're currently seeking
experienced flooring installers
to join our team. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality work, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
Install a variety of flooring types, including carpet, vinyl glue down and click, hardwood, tile, backsplash... etc. Prepare and clean work areas prior to installation. Measure, cut, and fit materials to specifications. Maintain a clean and safe workspace. Communicate effectively with site supervisors, clients, and team members. Ensure installations meet company standards and deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a flooring installer Own tools and reliable transportation. Ability to read plans, take measurements, and work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be dependable and punctual. Liability, WCB is an asset
Compensation:
Competitive rates based on experience. Hourly or Price per SF Opportunities for consistent work and long-term projects.
