Job Opening: Experienced Cook at Lakeside Bar and Grill

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook

all menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and customer specifications. Manage your station effectively, ensuring

timely preparation

and presentation of food during service hours. Maintain the

highest levels of cleanliness and organization

in all food handling and preparation areas. Follow all directions as per management requires.

Adhere strictly

to all current food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, rotating, and storing ingredients and supplies. Collaborate closely with the entire kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of

2 years of experienceworking as a Cook or in a professional restaurant kitchen environment is

mandatory*.

Up-to-date certification in Food Handling/Safety

(e.g., Food Handler Card or equivalent) is

required

. Proven knowledge of various food preparation techniques and cooking methods (grill, saute, fry, etc.). Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak service times. Strong verbal communication skills and a commitment to working positively as part of a kitchen team. A true passion for the culinary arts and a desire to contribute to an exceptional dining experience.
