We're looking for an

Experienced Collision Estimator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple repair files efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using

Mitchell Estimating,

Bodyshop Connect and PBS

Communicate clearly with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process Perform damage assessments and explain repair procedures and timelines to customers Obtain repair authorizations and coordinate with parts and production teams Handle supplements, follow-ups, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete Monitor repair progress and keep customers and insurers updated from start to finish Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on every repair

Qualifications:

Minimum 4

years of experience

as a Collision Estimator (dealership or independent body shop) Proficiency with

Mitchell Estimating, Bodyshop Connect, and PBS

preferred Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance requirements, and OEM repair procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
