Requirements

Experience in a cellphone store (MUST HAVE) Strong selling skills -- ability to close deals Familiar with posting ads and responding to leads on Facebook/Kijiji Good communication skills TikTok/Instagram content creation

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable cell phones and accessories. Receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including the latest models and features. Achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging customers and promoting our products and services. Assist with in-store merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and accurately manage daily cash register reconciliations. Troubleshoot various software and hardware issues on customers' phones, providing solutions and guidance to ensure optimal device performance. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, promotions, and competitive offerings. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the electronics or telecommunications industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile technology and gadgets.
