Position Overview:

We are seeking a

motivated, experienced Renovation Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or renovation sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships from initial consultation through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow-up on leads through networking, referrals, inbound inquiries and outreach Conduct on-site consultations to understand client needs, assess project feasibility, and offer expert recommendations Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals Close deals addressing client concerns and demonstration value. Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in renovation, remolding or construction sales

Strong understanding of residential renovation processes and terminology Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal experience Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Fluently bilingual in French and English

Pay: $16.10-$26.48 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
