Position Overview

The Finisher / Spray Technician will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing kitchen cabinetry and related components using professional spray equipment. This role requires an expert touch, a keen eye for detail, and pride in producing a premium-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, sand, and finish cabinet parts, doors, and panels to company standards Apply stains, paints, lacquers, and clear coats using HVLP or similar spray systems Mix and match colors and sheens according to specifications Inspect all finished components for quality and consistency Maintain spray equipment and ensure a clean, organized finishing area Follow all safety protocols and proper material handling procedures Collaborate with the production team to meet schedules and quality goals
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinet or furniture finishing Skilled in spray application using HVLP or air-assisted systems Knowledge of wood finishing techniques, materials, and surface preparation Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a small team
