Position Overview

You'll serve as a trusted representative of our company in the field, ensuring all cabinetry installations, adjustments, and repairs are completed well and in a timely fashion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

Initial installation service work on the kitchen and other cabinetry installations at customer sites, which include (but not limited to) handles and toe kicks, replacing fillers, etc. Repair damaged products if possible or assist with replacing products if necessary Applying touch-up paint to kitchen and bathroom cabinet products where required Troubleshooting and repairing any mechanical aspects of the cabinets, such as hinges and drawer rails Maintaining work area cleanliness on an ongoing basis and ensuring the work site is clean before leaving the site. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, tools, and materials Perform other duties as required

What You Bring

Previous woodworking/cabinetry installation or service experience is beneficial but not mandatory Must know how to use all power tools/ hand tools safely Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of relevant trades training or cabinet shop experience Joinery or related apprenticeship program is an asset
