This fast paced Sunset Grill is looking for a experienced, reliable and hardworking Experienced Line Cook who can perform all duties of the kitchen at a high level.

The successful candidate will have

a positive, team player type attitude will also enjoy daytime hours only, freeing up the evenings. This is a permanent role for an experienced cook. We will be contacting suitable candidates only. Restaurant Hours: 7 am - 3pm Monday to Sunday Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare for service Prepare a variety of Sunset Grill foods Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes Cover, date and correctly store all food prep items Notify Owner in advance of likely shortages Serve menu items compliant with established standards Use food preparation tools in accordance with recipe manual Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times Keep the work area clean throughout the shift Ensure grills, stove top, steamer, walk-in cooler and freezers are clean and ready for use Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices Possess a hardworking respectful and positive attitude Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
