Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Experienced Bookkeeper

to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure account accuracy. Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct account analysis and assist with budgeting processes.

Collaborate with management to provide financial insights. Support month-end closing activities and reporting. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

, preferably in a construction or contracting environment. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience with payroll processing and related regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and analysis.
