In this role, you will provide exceptional barbering services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cuts tailored to client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hair care products and services.
Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing client satisfaction and contributing to sales goals.
Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and handling inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere and support overall salon operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in the beauty industry to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Experience in retail sales is a bonus, with a focus on upselling products to enhance client experiences.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain an orderly workspace.

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
