As a Barber/Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform hair styling services, and contribute to the overall success of our shop.

All new applicants are eligible for a retention bonus of up to

$1,500 (based on experience level , hours worked and in-shop productivity).

Duties:
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
- Perform beard trims and shaves
- Offer hair coloring and highlighting services
- Assist clients in choosing the right hairstyle or treatment based on their preferences and facial features
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development

Qualifications:
Red Seal/Certified Barber or Stylist or completing Apprenticeship

Demonstrate consistent high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting including, but not limited to, clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type

Maximize retail opportunities through consistent and effective chair education with guests

Great customer service skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
