Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Report any issues or concerns to management promptly

Requirements

Experienced asphalt labourer and/or operator

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic Join us in making a difference through hard work and dedication!

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
