We are currently looking for an Experienced Administrative Assistant

Essential Qualifications:



Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities delegated by multiple persons of management Must be able to type 40 words per minute Proven ability to remain positive, enthusiastic, and productive under pressure Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment Review, modify and prepare general templates, letters, reports, presentations, documents, workbooks, and other correspondence materials Research, compile and summarize information or data Maintain electronic and paper filing systems Manage and coordinate multiple calendars Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis May be the first point of contact when clients contact our office in-person or by telephone Handle confidential information with discretion Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook is an asset

Beneficial Qualifications:



Completion of an administration certificate or equivalent work experience A/R management on a monthly and ongoing basis Previous accounting-related office experience is an asset Knowledge of office equipment operation (copiers, multi-line phones, etc.) Positive customer service and client service experience Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new programs Strong verbal & written communication skills Drive to continuously learn from experiences and seek out feedback and development opportunities
