Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Experience Analyst in Surrey, BC at our Head Office.

Expected Compensation:

The expected hiring range for this role is $69,600 to $87,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As an Experience Analyst, you will play a key role in improving the experience for employees and brokers at Westland. You'll gather and analyze feedback, identify trends, facilitate workshops, and investigate root causes to uncover insights. You'll collaborate across teams to design solutions, lead projects, and monitor results that drive meaningful improvements in processes and client satisfaction.

Why we'll love You:

Certificate in Business, Marketing/Design, Information Technology, or Insurance license (related certifications also considered) Proficiency in Acturis BMS; CRM systems and other technologies are assets Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret diverse data sources Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team Experience with business enablement and technology integration projects is valuable Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and project management methodologies is an asset

Once here, you'll:

Gather and analyze employee and broker feedback to identify needs, trends, and opportunities Facilitate workshops, usability testing, and job shadowing to uncover insights and pain points Perform root cause analysis of workflows and develop actionable solutions Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, and insurance lines to design and implement improvements Lead projects and system enhancements through planning, coordination, training, and support Monitor satisfaction metrics, track solution effectiveness, and capture feedback post-implementation Champion new technologies, foster innovation, and advocate for positive change across Westland
