Job Duties:

Extract, transform and analyze Distributed Energy Resource Management System datasets in Microsoft Excel Research and analyze industry and customer trends to design effective customer engagement strategies Analyze and improve customer-facing materials and interaction records to identify and address customer pain points Communicate insights in PowerPoint or other formats with clear visualizations to convey complex concepts Write reports and prepare presentations for internal briefings and external knowledge sharing Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with technical teams and vendors, e.g. preparing meeting materials and actioning next steps May perform additional duties upon request

Selection Criteria:

Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program 3rd year or in a university master's program in Business, Economics, Earth and Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Computer Science or Math (preferred). Other university programs will be considered. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with strong research and problem-solving ability Experience in/knowledge of the Electricity Industry (Utilities, Renewables, Conservation, Demand Response, etc.) is preferred Familiarity with user-centered design thinking Familiarity with Microsoft Excel English fluency and comfort with report writing
