About the Role



The Owner of Landesign Landscape Construction Ltd. and two additional affiliated companies is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile

Executive & Personal Assistant

. This part-time hybrid role (15-25 hours per week) combines business, personal, and creative project support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing diverse responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Executive & Business Support



Provide direct support to the Owner across three companies, including scheduling, email management, and task prioritization. Conduct research, prepare documents, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with special projects, including finding brand partners, festivals, and promotional opportunities.

Personal & Lifestyle Support



Manage personal tasks including medical bookings, family scheduling, tutoring, and household errands. Handle purchases such as bedding, car/truck seat covers, and lifestyle items. Organize personal records such as medical receipts and expenses. Assist with travel planning and kids' activities.

Creative & Film-Related Support



Research directors, producers, and other creative professionals; compile contacts and emails. Coordinate script coverage requests and manage project communications. Support festival submissions and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications



3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy: comfortable with Apple devices, online research, and troubleshooting basic technology issues. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Self-motivated and reliable, with the flexibility to handle both professional and personal tasks.

Role Details



Hours:

Part-time, 15-25 hours per week.

Work Style:

Hybrid -- primarily work from home, with occasional in-person check-ins or handovers.

Compensation:

Competitive, based on experience.
