Job Summary


We are seeking a professional

Executive Interpreter & Personal Assistant

to provide language support and administrative assistance to the General Manager.

Responsibilities



Provide high-quality

consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation

between English and Mandarin for meetings, business negotiations, and daily communications. Accompany the General Manager on business trips, site visits, and events, ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication. Handle a variety of

administrative and personal assistant tasks

, including travel arrangements, scheduling, document preparation, and other executive support duties. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:



Proficiency in

English and Mandarin (both oral and written)

, with excellent interpretation skills. Valid

Ontario Class G driver's licence

and ability to drive for business needs. Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience as an interpreter is required.

Willingness to travel within and outside Ontario as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
