Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort in beautiful Lakeside, PE is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee operations as they relate to a 75-seat formal dining room, a 50-seat clubhouse and a banquet facility capable of accommodating 225 guests. The creative candidate we are seeking to fill this management position must be a Red Seal Chef, have previous supervisory experience, and a strong background in an up-scale dining room setting. The position begins each year in April and runs until late October, allowing individuals to pursue other opportunities throughout the winter or continue to work through the winter months at one of our year round properties. Accommodation available if needed. Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Salary: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year Benefits:
