Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to project coordination, ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are executed seamlessly. The Project Manager will work closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget constraints. Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Manage event planning logistics as needed for project-related activities. Utilize QuickBooks for budgeting and financial tracking related to projects. Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and clerical tasks. Maintain organized documentation through filing systems and data entry processes. Conduct proofreading and transcription of project-related documents. Ensure customer service excellence in all interactions related to the projects.

Requirements



Proven experience in project coordination or management roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Experience with bookkeeping practices and office management duties. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Previous experience in administrative support or personal assistant roles is a plus. Ability to manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar effectively. Knowledge of DocuSign for document management is advantageous. A background in customer service is preferred. Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
