Once you're here, you'll:



Provide Administrative support to the President




Importance: 50%




Manage the President scheduling and calendars. Coordinate company-wide meetings and on-site and off-site meetings for the Senior Executive. Greet visitors, organize and arrange meetings, coordinate meeting rooms, teleconferences and catering. Prepare confidential correspondence, email , reports, presentations and other communications compiled; from various internal and external sources. Prepare expense reports. Coordinate Executive travel, accommodation and reimbursements. Assist in the preparation and planning of materials for meetings. Ensure all filing is maintained in an organized manner to ease follow-up. Perform routine administrative duties as needed.



Coordination of Governance Systems




Importance: 25%






Manages board meeting and family office meeting schedules. Uploads and updates meeting materials in Boardable. Manage meeting logistics and services including setting up conference calls, catering. Prepare Family Office expense reports and administrative assistance for members as needed.



Event Planning



Importance: 15%






Plan and execute corporate events, internal training sessions, and holiday celebrations. Assist with publishing social content and contributing to consistent and authentic engagement.



HR and People Management



Importance: 10%






Support full-cycle recruitment, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding employees.
