We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chairman. This pivotal role demands a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced corporate environment.

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Chairman is responsible for providing high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support. This role is crucial for managing the Chairman's daily schedule, handling confidential communications, and acting as a liaison between the Chairman and key internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support & Administration: Manage the Chairman's schedule, including appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations. Handle confidential correspondence and ensure optimal time management and organization.
• Communication & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and external executives, clients, government agencies, and board members. Draft and review communications on behalf of the Chairman.
• Strategic & Business Support: Assist with research and analysis for strategic decision-making. Oversee business projects, prepare financial reports, and support corporate governance activities.
• Project & Task Management: Manage special projects, coordinate with department heads and external partners, and maintain task management systems to ensure deadlines are met.
• Event & Travel Coordination: Organize corporate events, board meetings, and manage national/international travel arrangements including itineraries and accommodations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree (MBA) preferred. Additional certification in Executive Assistance or Corporate Governance is beneficial.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, with a preference for candidates who have supported C-suite executives. Familiarity with the corporate or industrial setting is advantageous.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software like Monday.com or Asana.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in handling confidential information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing complex projects and financial budgets.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in the EV, automotive, technology, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Background in corporate governance, strategic planning, or investor relations.
• Familiarity with boardroom procedures and corporate secretarial support.
• Experience with contract and legal document review.
