Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage executives\' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct research and compile data to support executives\' decision-making.
Anticipate executives\' needs and proactively provide support, including meeting preparation.
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
Assist with administrative tasks such as processing invoices and expense claims.
Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants as needed.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing high-level administrative support, preferably to C-suite executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for providing top-notch executive support.
Experience in managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Employment DetailsSalary: $55.000 - $65.000
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent, Full-Time, On-site
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
