Job Description


My Downtown Vancouver client in the Real Estate industry is seeking an ambitious, multi-tasking Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a newly created role and will support two senior executives. The successful candidate will be someone who can build rapport with multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks effectively and have an outgoing and energetic personality.

This role will continue to evolve, some of the key responsibilities will include -

  • Travel arrangements and calendar management
  • Administrative support to the team
  • Support and facilitate in areas of financial reporting
  • Email correspondence, formatting, editing, proof reading documents
  • Investor relations - coordinate calls, follow up action items
Requirements

This is primarily and in office role with flexibility to work from home up to two days per work. This is a position that will offer long term growth opportunities, to join an engaging team and an organization that is growing and truly values their people. Requirements:
  • 10 plus years in an Executive Assistant role supporting an executive(s)
  • Real Estate or Professional Services experience
  • A real go getter and can do attitude
  • Superior Excel skills and a you are a numbers person
