A successful multi-property Owner/Investor with assets in both Phoenix AZ and Vancouver CA is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support multiple aspects of her operations. Among strong EA functionality and experience, a high literacy in math and excel is required for this role as the successful candidate will be working with Quickbooks and accounting basics, performing banking duties and other financial reporting required for the IRS, CRA, and City of Vancouver, as well as liaising with attorneys, accountants, and bookkeepers. The candidate will also oversee the day-to-day management of properties such as rent collection, budgeting, utility payment, and overseeing and training building managers. While providing support to the businesses, the candidate will also provide support to the Investor by way of calendar management, booking travel, creating itineraries, and executing time management. This role pairs well with an organized people person with high executive functioning that wants to be a solid right hand. Desire to be micromanaged need not apply - we need a solid go-getter ready to hit the ground running! Opportunities for travel between Canada and the US, advancing knowledge of property management, and opportunities for growth are all components of this position. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Shows ability to quickly and accurately finish very detailed work
  • Shows great interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in a multitude of computer programs
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude to all required tasks and the ability to problem solve
  • Maintain confidentiality when assisting with the problem
