Executive Assistant - Contract role 8 months- hybrid -$28-30/hr.
Our Client, a well-established Financial Institution and well known service provider is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. The EA will understand the unique needs of an executive team.
Responsibilities;
- Provide transactional and operational administrative support to the Executive team
- Act as the main point of contact between the Executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage calendars and set up meetings
- Coordinate meetings and events involving the executive leadership team
- Make travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and plan logistics
- Create sustainable systems and processes for the Executive leadership team
- Proactively think ahead to anticipate needs
- Provide coverage for Office Ambassador as needed
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative to executive assistant role directly reporting to upper management
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is considered an asset
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- System proficiency in Microsoft products including MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to think critically and anticipate needs
