We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our C-level executives. - Co-ordinate the Executive Team schedules, meetings, and conference calls
- Coordinate all travel arrangements ensuring all details are added to the calendars (domestic and international)
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets
-Maintain confidentiality at all times, exercising tact and professionalism
-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets and/or presentation softwareQualifications
-5+ years of EA experience
-must be MS Office proficient and have strong calendar management
-Ability to work and support two C-suite level executives
- Superior communication skills
-Must possess strong attention to detail, be able to juggle multiple tasks, and prioritize tasks.
-Communication ,marketing, advertising,hospitality, healthcare industry are preferredSummary
