Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced, bilingual ( English/French) Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO\'s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO- Conduct research and compile data as needed- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism- Assist in managing projects and initiatives as directed by the CEOExperience:- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior management- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, In-Design and QuickBooks- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively- Previous experience in an office environment is essential- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
