Salary: $90,000-110,000 annually
Location: Bloor St E, Toronto, ON (Hybrid after 2-3 months of training) with travel required

-Manage the Chairperson\'s calendar and coordinate meetings.
-Handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and maintain organized records.Philanthropy:
-Assist in coordinating philanthropic initiatives and events.
-Liaise with non-profits, donors, and stakeholders.
-Arts and Entertainment:

-Communication and Coordination:
-Serve as a liaison between the Chairperson and internal/external parties.
-Ensure timely communication and follow-up on action items.Venture Capital:
-Assist in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
-Coordinate with entrepreneurs, startups, and venture capital firms.Qualifications:
-Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
-Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Discretion in handling confidential information.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Experience in philanthropy, arts, entertainment, or family office management is highly desirable.
