  • Informal Staking: A PoS validator helping to secure the Cosmos ecosystem and beyond.
  • Cycles: An early stage startup that aims to deliver financial software solutions that improve businesses\xe2\x80\x99 sustainability through reducing their cash flow needs.
As a member of our team, you\'ll have the opportunity to support our executive and leadership teams across these diverse business units, contributing to our collective vision and impact.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide strategic support to the Executive team at Informal Systems. The EA will support daily operations, planning and scheduling, business operations, planning of team events, and play a critical role in the operational success of Informal.

What your primary responsibilities will be:
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, ensuring that the executive team is well-prepared.
  • Communication: Manage correspondence, screen phone calls, and respond to inquiries, ensuring that messages are relayed accurately and promptly.
  • Negotiation: Act as a liaison for the executive team in negotiations and communications with external partners, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Expense Management: Prepare and track expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other administrative staff and assist in ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
  • Systems setup and adherence: Help the executive team roll out new systems to make Informal employees workflows more streamlined.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain positive relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Discretion & Attention to Detail: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, while paying meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Self-Management: Demonstrate strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
