Key Responsibilities
Book property showings and manage the agent's daily schedule.
Submit deals and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Prepare marketing and promotional materials, including social media content, and execute marketing campaigns according to a set schedule.
Maintain and update website content, leads, and CRM database.
Provide outstanding customer care to clients and colleagues.
Assist with basic bookkeeping as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to handle stress and adapt to day-to-day changes.
Strong time-management skills to coordinate both personal and agent schedules.
High level of comfort with computer programs, social media platforms, and online marketing tools.
Basic bookkeeping experience is an asset.
Professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
