Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the President based in Canada. This is a unique opportunity to work directly under the CEO and gain full exposure to core business operations.
The role is designed for individuals eager to rapidly enhance their comprehensive capabilities and leadership potential.
You will rotate across key departments--including marketing, finance, supply chain, brand development, and external partnerships--while receiving hands-on mentorship from the CEO.

Responsibilities

Assist the CEO with daily operations, meeting preparations, and key project follow-ups; Participate in marketing campaigns, brand building, and product design initiatives; Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing; Support external negotiations, partnerships, and business development opportunities; Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence; Take part in strategic planning, data analysis, and implementation tracking; Contribute to product innovation, packaging design, and integrated brand marketing projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in English (both written and spoken); Strong learning ability, analytical thinking, and communication skills; Excellent stress tolerance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; High enthusiasm for the

food & beverage industry

, with passion for brand and product creation; Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and execution; Experience in marketing, brand management, or project coordination is a plus.
