We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support Sam McDadi directly in a fast-paced, inspiring environment.
Position Overview
As the Executive Assistant to Sam McDadi, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of following up on key priorities to support the brokerage and Sam. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a real estate license and at least five years of real estate experience. You will help Sam deliver extraordinary client experiences while managing a wide range of administrative, marketing, and personal support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive support to Sam McDadi, including calendar management, scheduling, communication with clients, emails, and coordination of appointments.
Draft and review real estate documents, offers, and legal forms with a high degree of accuracy.
Provide customer service to a wide range of clientele (buyers and sellers) throughout the transaction process.
Assist with marketing, sponsorship initiatives, and general brand support.
Coordinate personal appointments and manage logistics as needed.
Coordinate open houses for active listings.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications; manage email correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain strict organization of files, schedules, and documentation.
Stay calm and solution-focused under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Exercise sound judgment and critical thinking in problem-solving and client interactions.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of combined experience in real estate and/or administration.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
Technologically savvy with proficiency in standard real estate tools and office software.
Real estate license is an asset.
Compensation commensurate with experience
