Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role in supporting the CEO with various administrative and operational tasks. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
2. Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of information to the appropriate parties.
- Draft and edit communications for the CEO, including speeches and company announcements.
3. Project Management:
- Assist the CEO in managing key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
4. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare briefing materials and reports that provide insights and recommendations.
5. Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, representing the CEO and the company positively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
