Executive Assistant
to work directly with ownership and help run the business across operations, people,
and marketing
.
This is a
remote role
, but it is
not hands-off
--you'll be in
daily communication and check-ins with management
to stay aligned, prioritized, and moving fast.

What you'll do
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Executive & Operations Support
Providing high-level administrative and operational support to ownership
Managing and organizing email inboxes and calendars
Scheduling internal and external meetings and follow-ups
Drafting, editing, and managing communications on behalf of leadership
Setting up e-signature documents and ensuring completion
Initiating purchases, orders, and basic vendor coordination
Booking travel and accommodations when required
People & Admin Support
Assisting with hiring coordination, onboarding, and staff documentation
Tracking staff hours, schedules, and administrative workflows
Supporting basic HR and people-management processes
Helping maintain organized digital files and internal systems
Marketing, Social Media & Content
Assisting with social media management and content scheduling
Creating, editing, and organizing basic marketing content (posts, captions, short-form content, internal updates)
Coordinating photos, videos, and on-site content with operations teams
Helping maintain brand consistency across platforms
Supporting basic website updates and content management (
website management experience is a strong asset
)
Systems & Growth
Helping improve systems, workflows, and documentation as the company scales
Identifying inefficiencies and proposing better ways of working
What you'll need
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role
Experience supporting leadership in a fast-paced, growing environment
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
Comfort using social media platforms and basic content tools
Clear, professional written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently
while staying closely aligned through daily check-ins
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Nice to have (but not required):
Website management experience (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
Basic design or content tools (Canva, scheduling tools, etc.)
Experience in construction, trades, landscaping, or service-based businesses

Pay: $44,611.52-$65,285.38 per year
