Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience

Tasks

Compile data to prepare documents Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures Prepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Provide customer service Manage events Perform administrative tasks Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
