highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant
to support our CEO in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO with daily operational tasks, scheduling, phones, staff and clients.
Assist in signing on new clients--confidence in sales and relationship-building is essential.
Handle email correspondence, document preparation, and digital filing.
Create and manage basic social media content to support company visibility.
Maintain a calm, kind, and professional demeanor in a busy, often hectic environment.
Work closely with staff and clients, offering patience, empathy, and clear communication.
Duties
Provide exceptional customer service by acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through effective filing systems.
Handle incoming communications via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
Support daily office operations by managing supplies, coordinating front desk activities, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Assist in the preparation and execution of contracts using DocuSign to ensure timely processing.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is required.
You take great initiative without having to be asked.
You are professional, creative, think outside the box and thrive at being your best at all times.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Skills to manage multiple priorities effectively and can handle multiple task at the same time.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
Experience in customer service roles that emphasize communication and interpersonal skills.
