Our Canadian operations are currently looking for a motivated team player to join us as an Executive Assistant & Roadshow Coordinator with our Canadian Equity Sales and Trading team in Montreal.
ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Investment Banking teams in Quebec; Prepare and submit expense reports; Manage the schedule of two executives, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, etc; Support the Sales desk and answer a multi-line phone; Assist in entering information in iPlanner and setting up company and Analyst roadshows in the system; Plan and execute deal and non-deal roadshows. During a roadshow, management teams and research analysts meet with investors, with the assistance of our Sales team, to pitch investment opportunities in the present or near future. You'll work behind the scenes to ensure smooth execution through logistical planning - car services, ordering catering, printing / binding presentations; Liaise with C-Suite corporate clients to identify their needs to ensure roadshow satisfaction and maintain a strong working relationship; Proactively handle any arising issues - troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively; Develop weekly roadshow / event reports, which are distributed company wide as well as to clients; Assist in gathering feedback from non-deal roadshows and prepare reports summarizing relevant feedback for the client.

Skills & QualificationsFluent in French, including strong written communication skills, is required; Excellent organizational and time management skills with very strong attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple projects at a time; Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a busy and fast-paced environment; Positive & upbeat attitude; Interest in financial and capital markets; Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Completion of a Business degree or similar post-secondary program would be an asset; 2 + years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.

Nos activites canadiennes sont actuellement a la recherche d'un joueur d'equipe motive pour se joindre a nous en tant qu'adjoint executif et coordonnateur de tournees au sein de notre equipe de vente et de negociation d'actions canadiennes a Montreal.
ResponsabilitesFournir un soutien administratif quotidien aux equipes des Services bancaires aux ventes et aux services bancaires d'investissement au Quebec; Preparer et soumettre des rapports de depenses; Gerer l'horaire de deux cadres superieurs, y compris les preparatifs de voyage, la coordination des reunions, etc.; Soutenir le bureau des ventes et repondre a un telephone multiligne; Aider a saisir des informations dans iPlanner et a mettre en place des tournees d'entreprise et d'analystes dans le systeme; Planifiez et executez des tournees d'operations et d'autres transactions. Lors d'une tournee, les equipes de direction et les analystes de recherche rencontrent les investisseurs, avec l'aide de notre equipe des ventes, pour presenter des opportunites d'investissement dans le present ou dans un avenir rapproche. Vous travaillerez en coulisses pour assurer une execution harmonieuse grace a la planification logistique - services automobiles, commandes de traiteur, impression / reliure des presentations; Assurer la liaison avec les entreprises clientes de la haute direction pour determiner leurs besoins afin d'assurer la satisfaction des tournees et de maintenir une relation de travail solide; Gerer de maniere proactive tout probleme survenant - resoudre les problemes rapidement et efficacement; Elaborer des rapports hebdomadaires de tournee et d'evenements, qui sont distribues a l'echelle de l'entreprise ainsi qu'aux clients; Aider a recueillir des commentaires sur les tournees hors transaction et preparer des rapports resumant les commentaires pertinents pour le client.

Competences et qualificationsMaitrise du francais, y compris de solides competences en communication ecrite, est requise; Excellentes competences en organisation et en gestion du temps avec un tres grand souci du detail; Capacite a gerer plusieurs projets a la fois; Excellentes competences en travail d'equipe completees par la capacite de travailler de maniere autonome et de respecter des delais serres dans un environnement occupe et au rythme rapide; Attitude positive et optimiste; Interet dans les marches financiers et financiers; Competences avancees en Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); L'obtention d'un diplome en administration des affaires ou d'un programme postsecondaire similaire serait un atout; 2+ ans d'experience pertinente, de preference dans une institution financiere.
