General Overview:
The Executive Assistant role supporting the CEO and CHRO at SGS & Co Chicago is one of organization, attention to detail and proactive management of administration and logistics that keep the “C-Suite” office and infrastructure running smoothly. This role works independently while interacting daily with other Executives, Senior leaders, our Board of Directors and various internal departments as well as with external clients/suppliers. The role entails providing administrative support, extensive calendar management, managing all travel local and international, handling information requests as they arise and independent problem solving.
Goals:
Success in this role will be creating a trusted relationship with the CEO / CHRO and maximize his/her calendar, communications with clients and preparation for meetings. Doing this with enthusiasm, positive attitude and developing a trusted relationship with the Executive team and BOD. You consistently demonstrating the ability to execute with excellence, proactive thinking, detail oriented and readily adapt to changing environments.
