I am looking for an Executive Office Assistant. Daytime hours only. You must have working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, and be familiar with either Google Sheets and or Microsoft Office. Payroll experience would be considered a huge asset as this job role will require you to do bi-weekly company payroll. There will also will be some light HR duties involved, training can be provided for this. You will be primarily reconciling invoices that involve large volumes of our inventory, creating spreadsheets to track expenses, some light duty Bookkeeping tasks may include posting and reconciling credit card expenses. Other miscellaneous office duties will include scanning and filing if needed. For this role, you MUST have bookkeeping experience and have a solid understanding of the basic accounting principals. I am looking for someone who is punctual, able to work independently and is able to pay close attention to detail and follow instruction. If you have always loved working with numbers, and love bookkeeping, accounts payable and payroll, then this role would be perfect for you.
