Formed from the merger of Habitat Regina, Habitat Saskatoon, and Habitat Prince Albert in 2021, our goal is to extend our reach and impact, serving more families throughout the province.The OpportunityAs our Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a pivotal role in steering our mission forward. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating across departments, you will oversee key operational, financial, and management activities, contributing to our strategic goals and supporting our community\'s vision.Key DutiesOffice Administration Management:

  • Ensure a smooth office operation by handling a range of tasks, from maintaining a well-stocked and organized supply closet to aiding in our daily operational tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring our office environment is efficient and conducive to productivity.
  • Manage board duties, including taking meeting minutes, scheduling board and committee meetings, gathering operational reports from each department, and preparing board packages.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including the Homeowner Services, Fundraising, and Marketing departments, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
Property and Contract Management:
  • Oversee and maintain organizational profiles and registrations, such as ISC profiles and other similar accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • File appropriate insurance information, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
  • Assist with property management needs, including coordinating maintenance, managing leases, and overseeing utility contracts.Support the management of contracts, including leases, utilities, and other service agreements, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
Financial Stewardship:
  • Assist with financial administrative tasks such as processing reimbursement forms, tracking mileage and credit card expenses, and ensuring timely submission of financial documents.
General Administrative Support:
  • Support the filing and organization of operational documents and information, ensuring easy access and systematic storage.
  • Provide administrative assistance across various departments, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting organizational goals.
