Our client, a leading provincial real estate organization, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their downtown Montreal office.

Advantages
- Job Location: Ile des Soeurs;
- 35 hours / week ;
- Hybrid telecommuting;
- 3 weeks of vacation and one week during the holidays ;
- Health insurance (after 3 months) ;
- RRSP (after 3 months);
- Free parking;
- Stable and growing team;
- Salary range between 60k$ and 70k$/year (depending on experience);
- Substantial bonus of 4%;

Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and the management team (7 executives)
according to priorities, in various files, mandates, presentations and daily activities, by showing initiative, proactivity, rigor and discretion;
- Design, prepare and update various activity reports and dashboards, as well as follow up on them in accordance with the established deadlines;
- Ensure the organization of various meetings and committees, by providing logistical support and writing the minutes when necessary;
- Produce, revise and format various documents;
- Collaborate in the development, implementation and maintenance of administrative processes;
- Take care of the management and follow-up of various contracts and insurance policies;
- Collaborate in all other activities and special projects of the organization, requiring administrative and operational support;
- Prepare expense reports, budget tracking, create purchase orders and submit invoices for payment;
- Attend to the reception of visitors to the branch;
- Perform all other related duties;

Qualifications
- A college diploma (DEC) in an appropriate field or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written (functional English level);
- Good computer skills, particularly in the use of the Office Suite;
- Be Techno Friendly;
- Good organizational skills and resourcefulness;
- A strong attention to detail and thoroughness;
- An excellent ability to build relationships of trust;
- A great concern for customer service and interpersonal skills;
- A sense of confidentiality and professionalism;
