  • Assist management and teams in the management of their files;
  • Assist senior management in the coordination of various board of directors and other committees;
  • Write, edit, and proofread various documents, letters, and PowerPoint presentations;
  • Managing the executive\'s calendar, emails and appointments and following up ;
  • Ensure the management of all required travels and trips
  • Handle phone calls and all correspondence;
  • Take care of meeting logistics;
  • Manage the records system and ensure the database is kept up to date.
  • Any other related tasks.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
  • Diploma of College Studies (DCS);
  • Relevant experience in administrative support to a senior executive in a corporate or professional environment;
  • Fluency in French, written and spoken ;
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and priorities;
  • High level of professionalism, tact and discretion;
  • Good team spirit and interpersonal skills;
  • Impeccable customer service: diplomacy, alertness and ability to solve problems effectively.
