Joe Fresh is also proud to offer extended sizes with select women\xe2\x80\x99s styles ranging from XS-3X and 2-22.WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO:Reporting to the President, Joe Fresh & Optical, and also supporting the Vice President, Category Management & Optical and Vice President, Operations & Visual Merchandising, the Sr. Executive Assistant will be responsible for the management and coordination of a wide variety of assignments and tasks for the three executives. As an excellent communicator, with strong negotiating and influencing skills, you will display professionalism and efficiency in representing the team, both internally and externally to all stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide full administrative support to the President, Joe Fresh & Optical, the Vice President, Category Management & Optical and Vice President, Operations & Visual Merchandising
  • Manage daily calendar including scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Plan and organize both on-site and off-site management team meetings
  • Book all travel arrangements (local, national, and international)
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports
  • Social Committee Lead - organize and coordinate special events such as holiday party, department and company social events, and overseeing budget and cashflow
  • Direct administrative activities, develop and organize procedures, and use considerable written and verbal communication skills to represent the department
  • Provide support to executives or team members for general administrative needs such as compiling, designing, reviewing and coordinating various materials for presentations and confidential documents
  • Follow up and act as a liaison with various individuals both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization in a professional and confidential manner
  • Use professional judgment to screen, prioritize and determine actions for incoming calls and inquiries
  • Function autonomously, exercise discretion and judgement, and work independently on a variety of complex and diversified assignment and special projects.
  • Ensure company procedures are followed and direct questions accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 7-10 years administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be proficient in Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and all Microsoft Office applications
  • Organized and able to move quickly within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationships
  • Knowledge of business, personal and social etiquette
  • Polished and professional disposition
  • Self-starter, resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility and a team player
