The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Executive Management Team (EMT). This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a high level of professionalism and discretion. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and internal engagement initiatives.

Hours of work:

Tuesday to Thursday from 8:00am - 4:30pm



In this role you will:



Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the CEO and EMT Prepare agendas, documents, and logistics for meetings Own and manage the travel program, including booking and itinerary coordination for the CEO and EMT Manage, prepare and submit expense reports and credit card reports for CEO and EMT Administer a variety of company policies and procedures, such as the travel policy and gift card policy and procedure Lead the Employee Engagement Committee and organize internal events Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion Support EMT with presentations and reports using Microsoft 365 tools Support CEO & EMT on other ad-hoc administrative tasks (mailing, sorting, filing, etc.)

What You Need

Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative capacity Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Adaptable and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
