If so, we have an Executive Assistant position available in Montreal, starting immediately for a duration of 3 months.A private association, in partnership with government agencies, that supports Francophonie and research is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their Montreal team. You will contribute to the smooth running of the management activities by providing administrative support functions.The office is very accessible by public transport, as it is located right next to the Universit\xc3\xa9-de-Montr\xc3\xa9al metro station. Here is what we offer for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Monday to Friday schedule, 35 hours per week.
  • Salary ranging from $25 to $32 per hour.
  • Immediate start.
  • 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
  • Management of the rector\'s calendar and schedule.
  • Organization of meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Drafting and formatting documents, meeting minutes, and administrative notes.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience as an executive assistant.
  • Proficiency in French, both oral and written.
  • Strong writing skills.
