Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Montreal - Downtown
Salary: Up to $85,000
Job Type: Permanent
Our partner in the financial industry is growing and is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in the Montreal office. This opportunity comes with 3 weeks vacation, 2 sick days, and benefits including medical and dental insurance.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules, including meetings and various appointments
- Coordinate itineraries and book arrangements for travel
- Take care of confidential paperwork
- Process payments
- Take care of office maintenance such as cleanliness and inventory for office supplies
- Prepare mail and packages
- Execute other assigned tasks

The ideal candidate for this role:
- 5 or more years of experience in a similar role
- English bilingual
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
- A reliable person with excellent time-management and organizational skills
