About the Role



Jammers Apparel Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive

Executive & Personal Assistant

to support ownership.

This role

reports to the CEO

and is a blend of

executive assistance, personal support, and light office/reception coordination

, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The position will be

in-office

, with duties performed either from reception or a private office depending on workflow and fit. The role will be structured to evolve based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities



Executive & Administrative Support



Manage and coordinate executive calendars (business and personal) Schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders Prepare emails, documents, reports, and correspondence Organize, maintain, and clean digital and physical executive files Handle travel bookings for business and personal travel

Personal Assistance



Run errands as needed Assist with personal banking and company deposits Coordinate personal appointments and logistics Provide day-to-day organizational support to executives

Office & Reception Support



Greet visitors and manage front-desk interactions (if seated at reception) Ensure coffee, plants, and common office areas are maintained Support general office organization and upkeep Act as a point of contact for internal and external requests

Qualifications



High level of discretion and confidentiality

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and anticipate needs Comfortable handling both professional and personal tasks Proficiency with email, calendars, and basic office software Self-starter with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent data accuracy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks with focus

Work Environment:



Office, 5x/week in Lachine Standard business hours as well as on-call duties as necessary
