Our Mississauga client is a large Real Estate company and they are looking for a Executive Assistant to join their team!

This Executive Assistant position features:

  • Great pay up to $75,000/year
  • 2 weeks' vacation

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday- In office

Duties:

Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required to support the Senior Management Team, including drafting of correspondence, schedule management, meeting coordination
Maintain appointment schedules and calendars & arrange meetings
Prepare and distribute information packages
Manage corporate filings
Identify opportunities and provide project management support with projects directed at improving procedures/administrative infrastructure wherever possible.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills.
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent communication skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to format documents, prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve, work both independently and collaboratively.
College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in administrative assistant skill set.
