As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Office of Strategic Management (OSM). You will provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to the members of the OSM, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
More specifically, you will need to:
Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, equipment, and required materials.
Oversee the day-to-day administrative services of the OSM, proactively anticipating needs.
Maintain and update filing systems and records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
Manage and update the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)'s contact database.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
Sort, review, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other deliveries.
Manage office supplies and related items for the OSM (e.g., stationery, business cards).
