POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant provides general administrative support, manages client files, and coordinates the logistics of field interventions. The incumbent is at the center of internal and external communications, ensuring impeccable client service while supporting managers and technicians in their daily activities. This role includes appointment scheduling, preparing administrative documents, following up on interventions, and managing client communications.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Responding to calls, emails, and client inquiries with courtesy and professionalism
Opening, organizing, and updating client files in the internal system
Scheduling, confirming, and adjusting technician appointments based on operational priorities
Preparing and sending estimates, contracts, reports, and invoices
Handling administrative follow-ups related to interventions (confirmation, documentation, client satisfaction)
Providing general administrative support to managers and assisting the field team
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
DEP/AEC in office administration, secretarial studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools
Strong command of French (spoken and written); functional English is an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
